The movie making contest "Act & Jam" by "nrw: neues lernen" has been extended to October 23rd. German schools and individuals are invited to provide a movie of up to 2 minutes in QuickTime format.

Bob Magdziarz posts some time lapse clouds movies at his website: "Done with my Sony camcorder and iStopMotion at 1 frame a second. I tried different exposures. Some to see the moon texture, some to see the clouds. That's what you get when you stay up past your bedtime."

Gregor Gilliom from Columbus, Ohio, writes: "I am a big fan of FotoMagico, and really enjoy your newsletter. I've made lots of great slideshows with FotoMagico, including one that runs 25 minutes, includes more than 300 images, and is used by a small college in Ohio for alumni fund raising.
