You Software uses Mouseposé for screenshots

-

Mike Wong from You Software posts a plug on the You Software company weblog: "I received a couple of emails since my last post asking how I made the cool spotlight in my screenshots that focused in on a specific area. I didn't do it in Photoshop like some asked, though I suppose you could do that easily enough, but I found a great free utility that does it faster than I could in Photoshop."

Mouseposé grabs attention at Club Mac of Hampton

-

Jack Dolby, President of Club Mac of Hampton, writes: "I just want to pass on my thanks for Boinx Mouseposé. Maybe I should really complain... I am president of the local Mac Users Group. I used Boinx Mouseposé at our last meeting and it literally stopped the show... People there were more interested in this tool than in my presentation... But it certainly made the presentation better and I can assure you that everyone there is now familiar with Boinx if they were not before. I can assure you that this delightful utility will be present at all of my club presentations."

macosxhints.com Pick of the Week: Mouseposé

-

macosxhintsmousepose.gifRob Griffiths at Mac OS X Hints selects Mouseposé as his Pick of the Week: "Mouseposé is a simple, fun, and occasionally useful application. It will be of particular interest to presenters and those who demonstrate OS X software in large rooms. It's also useful, though, in a text editing document when you've lost sight of the I-beam cursor." Mouseposé scores 8 out of 10. Thanks, Rob!
