Boinx FotoMagico 1.2 - Your Slideshows will never be the same again, again

Munich, Germany - Feb. 22nd, 2005. If you want to impress your audience with outstanding photo slideshows, FotoMagico is your tool. Version 1.2 represents the first major upgrade to the application that has won the O'Reilly Mac OS X Innovators Award in 2004, adding a powerful titles system, a vastly simplified export to QuickTime or DVD leading to better much results and many other improvements that were implemented in response to customer requests.

Titles

"With the new titles feature, your slideshows will be even cooler." Titles can be added to any slide and make use of the powerful Mac OS X text engine, enabling the use of multiple fonts and styles and even inline images. Of course, the titles maintain their crisp quality at any device resolution.

Simplified export

In FotoMagico 1.2, export has been completely rewritten to make it even simpler to use while at the same time improving the results. Popular presets like NTSC and PAL for DVDs now come in Pixlet and Photo-JPEG flavors. Fiddling with the complex QuickTime options has also been simplified.

Many other improvements

A long list of improvements completes the Version 1.2 release. To name just a few: There is now a blank slide that you can use if you just want to have text or music with no picture, the guidelines on the stage now work better and give audio feedback, FotoMagico understands all iPhoto 5 album types and works with more image formats, and many more.
